Retail & Private Label

The Group plans to enter into the retail market by setting up private labels for its products and opening its own specialty grocery stores within the next couple years. At the early stage, the Group will keep the imported frozen meat and private brand grocery food products in line with the door-to-door delivery service plus selling on consignment basis through supermarkets to test the market response. At a later stage, we will open our first specialty retail grocery store in Shek Mun (near Ma On Shan MTR station) followed with branches in other densely populated districts.

The Group would like to convey the brand image of high quality, healthy and safe to the customers. We would also like to position our brand as a premium brand and compete with the existing brands by offering better quality food products and more economical prices. To keep our brand promise and to earn a solid reputation, the most important issue is to ensure that the food products that we sold are organic, non-genetically modified and non-hormonal as advertised. The Group will set up an internal quality assurance team to monitor and keep track of the quality history of our products and make sure that our products compile with the national hygiene standard with country of origins ‘ hygiene certifications for every incoming shipment. We will also conduct periodical and random sampling testing to guarantee that all products on the shelves are safe without hazardous substances and contamination. Although the addition of quality control & testing will increase our operational costs, we still want to make every effort to protect the core value of our business.
